We recommend that you use any other web browser
EXCEPT the AOL browser to register or log-in.
There is a known problem with the AOL browser.
You can use any other web browser such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer,
Netscape Navigator, Firefox, Apple's Safari, etc.
Just not the AOL browser.
(For those who are technically minded...
The AOL browser can cause problems by inappropriately caching pages and
never checking to see if the page has been updated,
and by changing your IP address in the middle of your session,
which does not allow phenpro.com to verify that you are the same person who logged in.)
